These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application named "Single Parent App" (the "App"). We permitsTerms and any applicable rules applied by Apple Inc. ("App Store Rules") and Google Inc. ("Play Store Rules") with respect to the use of their App Store and Play Store respectively located at https://www.apple.com/itunes ("App Store") and https://play.google.com/store ("Play Store"). You ("you," the App user) may only utilize the App in accordance with these Terms.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content of any kind or abusive users using the App. Abuse will be defined in a broad way that includes any types of threats or implied threats, any dishonest behavior intended to compromise another user, or any actions on the App that is unwanted by the other person. We will closely monitor App usage, content, and reports of bad behavior. In addition to users having the ability to block a user, We reserves the right to warn or deactivate users’ accounts on its own determination of a single case of abusive behavior or any pattern of inappropriate behavior.

Subscription: The Single Parent App offers a one-month subscription with a one-week free trial to our users. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged for the next subscription period within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial or subscription period. Cancelling the subscription will prevent the automatic renewal of the subscription, and you will not be charged for the next subscription period. To cancel the subscription, please follow the instructions provided in the app.

Payment: The Single Parent App uses Apple Pay for payment processing. By subscribing to our app, you agree to Apple Pay's terms of use and privacy policy.

Use of Services: Single Parent provides AI-based services like question answers, audio transcription, and AI image generation. You may use these services for personal or non-commercial purposes only.

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by our services. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is solely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property: Single Parent and its services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our prior written consent.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates these terms of use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or our systems.

Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Single Parent operates.
